Applications

Quartzites

The quartzites are metamorphic rocks, same as marble. The metamorphic rock is one that has evolved by high pressure and temperature within the earth crust.

Marble is also a metamorphic rock which has formed from aging of limestone whereas quartzites are formed from the metamorphic process of different minerals (mostly sandstones). In a common man’s language, quartzite is an extremely hard and strong marble.
